sometimes you just have to dance. I am waiting to see how your kiln works with your "adjustment". We did that with a kiln and had trouble making temperture with it. It took hours. I have a short kiln about 18 inches that i use for tiles. For short stuff it is great.
It's funny you mention that... I'm 21 hours into a cone 6 firing and I'm getting a tiny bit frustrated. I checked my elements with my multimeter while I had the control panel off and it checked out.

I've always told my daughter to be a leader not a follower, but maybe I had it wrong. I saw many leaders and movements like this last year at Bonaroo, so fun to watch! I think we saw Santigold, so many bands I can't remember now :)

GREAT instructional leadership video; can we use it for management training?
I can't take any credit for this brilliant clip, but I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use it for teaching leadership.
