There are so many great textures on the structures in the streets and sidewalks. While in Tahoe, I spent a bunch of time photographing manhole covers and grates around trees. My mom thought I was nutz, but the patterns and textures were wonderful. Thanks for sharing.

I have often stared down at manhole cover stars myself, wishing I'd had a glob of clay in my pocket!
